The sale is agreed and a closing date is set. This is when people book a mover, and your second touch lands while they're choosing.
Everything you need to reach them.
The owner's name.
It comes from the county record. If the owner is a company or a trust, or there's no match, the label reads Current Resident.
Phone and email.
Skip trace is built in. 500 lookups a month are included, and more are $15 per 100. A lookup only counts when it finds something. Every number shows its Do-Not-Call and TCPA flags.
The listing agent.
Their name, brokerage and phone. Agents refer movers.
The home.
Address, list price, beds, baths, square feet, and the dates it listed and went pending.
The move size.
S to XL, read from the furniture in the listing photos.
Only homes with something to move.
Every listing's photos are checked automatically. Homes that look empty stay off your list, and each move gets a size from what's in the rooms. When the photos can't tell, the home is marked “not determined”. We don't guess.
Then add your own filters: price, square feet, beds, baths, home type, days on market and a minimum move size. Change them anytime.
Your list is waiting every morning.
An email arrives each morning with the new homes as a spreadsheet (CSV and Excel), plus a sheet of mailing labels ready to print. If you want them sooner, a webhook sends each new home to your own software within the hour.

Every plan is $149 a month plus what your zips add. Busier zips add more, because they have more homes, more listings and more moves. Pick your zips to see your exact monthly price before you sign up. It’s month to month, and you can cancel anytime.

How is my price set?

Do I get a phone and email for every home?
Not always. When skip trace finds a phone or email, it's added to the home. When it finds nothing, the lookup is free. 500 lookups a month are included, and auto skip trace can run them on new homes that match your filters.
Whose name is on the list?
The owner on the county record. If the owner is a company or a trust, or we can't match the record, it says Current Resident. The owner of record is whoever the county lists, which doesn't mean they live there.
Which homes are included?
Houses, condos, townhouses and duplexes listed at $250,000 or more, with at least 1,250 square feet, whose photos don't look empty. Your filters can narrow that further.
How fresh is it?
We check listings throughout the day. A home that lists or goes pending today is usually in tomorrow morning's email, and in your webhook within the hour.
Where do you cover?
Most of the U.S. Search your city or paste your zips on the pricing page. A zip marked "not priced yet" hasn't had enough listings for us to price it.
Can I change my zips or cancel?
Yes, anytime, from your account. Your price updates when your zips change, and the Terms explain how the rest of the month is handled when you cancel.
Does it work with my software?
The spreadsheet opens in anything, and the labels print on standard sheets. The webhook can send new homes straight into your own system.
